Third grade
Cooper started third grade today!
It was a bittersweet morning. It's the first time that just three of us walked to the first day of school. But Steve gave Cooper a big kiss and smile before we left.
In this photo of Cooper I can see the Steve I knew in high school all over Cooper's sweet, 3rd grade face. (I'm 40 now and I get to remember old stuff like this!) He's one lucky boy to have such a great father (and mother!). Even if he only has a smidge of the kindness, confidence and smarts of you, Steve, he will be SO richly blessed.
