51 Acts of Kindness (6)

From Joe in Frisco:

Good morning Tyra! We recorded another gratitude podcast today and we spoke about Steve and #dammkind thinking about y’all today!

***

Note from a recipient today:

Hello! I am a random recipient of "51 Acts of Kindness" (lovely baked goods at my front door) and at first I was rather confused by all this. I saw the URL on the attached card, took some time to read about Steve, and now I'm sitting here in tears. What a great tribute for a person that I now wish I had met. I just wanted to let y'all know that you've touched a strangers heart and made their day a little brighter. Happy Birthday, Steve!

51 Acts of Kindness (5)

From Tammi in Frisco:

Spent time at Aldi tonight helping families pay for groceries in honor of Steve Damm. What an incredible night it was to share joy and happiness with random strangers. It was contagious so I encourage everyone to try it!  ❤️❤️❤️ Tyra Damm. We also had the joy of meeting a kind woman who has just lost her husband Steve and she was worried about how she would afford to support herself and her son. Her faith in God told her that God would always provide. Through Him all is possible.

From Kristine in Frisco:

Today was a special day. We become temporary grandparents to a flour baby, James, and also participated in #dammkind. This was a movement created by one of LL’s teachers, to celebrate the birthday of her late husband, Steve. Just doing one simple act of kindness today. (Mrs. Damm has been an ABSOLUTE blessing to our family).
This has gone global, and it is not too late to do something nice for someone. I bet tomorrow would even count too. 😉Use the hashtag #dammkind 🌏
We took cookies to all the girls at the salon where they cut his hair. They also got to meet James.

Finished the day picking up Babe’s chicken and then paying for someone’s dinner who’ll find out shortly it’s free when they get there! Thanks for letting me share! #dammkind

I was leaving an appointment today, and thought on the way home, I will do my act of kindness. At a stop light, there were people collecting money for a ministry that helps men and women who deal with abuse, drugs, alcohol, pornography, alcohol, drugs, etc. It is not very often that people are at stop lights like this in Frisco. That was God. ❤️
