We landed at D/FW about 3 p.m. today. Chicago was great. We're all tired. I'll post more later.
(Steve completed his second round of chemotherapy last night. No nausea all week. Yay!)

Beloved and gentle husband, daddy, son, brother, friend, co-worker and neighbor who battled brain cancer -- a glioblastoma in the brain stem that we call Spot. That Damm Spot was released with Steve's peaceful passing on September 7, 2009.

Dear Tyra and Steve,
Lisa Tanner just gave me the sad news about all this and directed me to this site. First, let me say how very sorry I am for your troubles. We certainly will be keeping all of you in our thoughts and prayers.
I remember you both so fondly. Guillermo and I attended your wedding, and Tyra, you and I used to work together at the Dallas Business Journal so many years ago.
We left Dallas nearly three years ago and now are living in Southern California. Miss lots of things about Texas, that's for sure. Especially losing touch with wonderful people like you.
Your children are adorable. I'll bet that meeting their needs and keeping life as normal as possible for them has been a blessing during this difficult time.
Please know that we're at your service if your treatment or travels bring you to the Los Angeles area.
All the best,
Laura and Guillermo Borda
