I like to think of it as Steve saying "hello and bon voyage" before our adventure.
We came home this Monday to a lovely welcome -- many more tulips in bloom.

Beloved and gentle husband, daddy, son, brother, friend, co-worker and neighbor who battled brain cancer -- a glioblastoma in the brain stem that we call Spot. That Damm Spot was released with Steve's peaceful passing on September 7, 2009.

What a lovely welcome home. Hope your trip was wonderful, and there was little need for the iPad!
The iPad was wonderful on the trip. It made hunting down which bus and stop to use throughout London.
