A nurse just gave Steve pain meds, so he is relaxed and in much less pain.
The staff took a while to see him. I may have been a little pushy. That's my job, right?
Jim, Betty and Pastor Andy are here, though just two at a time are allowed in the room.

Yes, it your job and one you have been PHENOMENAL in doing for Steve. Keep on pushing and reach out to those nurses. We nurses are charged by or code of ethics to be patient advocates, but need a push as well sometimes. Hang in there and we'll be praying for relief from the pain and swelling.
