47 Acts of Kindness (4)

From Aimee in Frisco:

This year we decided to give our wonderful school crossing guard a Starbucks gift card in Steve's honor. Happy Birthday, Steve!

From Laura in Seneca, S.C.:

The third acts of kindness from our family comes from our 14 year old Case. Today he helped his keyboarding teacher clean up and turn all her computers off and then helped his science teacher cut out items for their lesson this week. He then told each of them Steve's story and gave them the flyer to pay it forward. They were touched and we are super proud of him for passing on Steve's story, even though he never met him.‪#‎dammkind‬

From Lisa in Plano:

Found out yesterday that this food pantry needs gift cards so clients can buy groceries. Decided food for families was a fitting way to honor Steve and the family who loves him.

Left an extra tip at sonic

From Melissa in Helotes:

Paid it forward, the ‪#‎dammkind‬ way. In honor of Steve Damm, who left us too soon, and also my grandmother who had Alzheimer's, I'm helping Maryann & Jack through their rough patch right now while they deal with Jack's Alzheimer's diagnosis.

From Uncle Jim in Arlington, Va.:

Just delivered a cookie tray and a veggie tray to Arlington County Fire Station #5 (near work). I received many thanks and a nice tour of the station from one of the firefighters.

From Erica in Celina:

Left my sweet, precious housekeeper a BIG tip with a note to celebrate Steve. It took a drastic turn before she could ever see it. She texted me that she was just told her dad has been diagnosed with liver cancer and has been given 6 months to a year to live! So, I got to pray for her and let her have the time off that she needs to be with her family! #dammkind

From Shantel in McKinney:

Donated at KW office for the unfortunate lady who lost her 2 small children to smoke inhalation from house fire while with their Father for the weekend who also killed himself. Praying that this Act of Kindness along with others from many people will help Ms. Karen Small to see good does still exist in this world & we have to keep sharing it just like the Damm Family set this event up!

From Suzanne in Garland:

Left an extra tip for a Sonic worker.

From Shari in Lucas:

In my third Act of Kindness today, I wanted to bless the young man who processed the renewal of my license at DPS but he was not able to take a gift, so I found a young mom waiting with her infant son and gave her a gift card to Subway. She began to cry and said she was having a hard time right now and this really blessed her. . Best. Day. Ever!

From Tatum in Prosper:

Just walked around Walmart and passed these gift cards out to strangers. Love you Damm family!
