Toby Steve Granberry, we adopted him from a family that was about to drop him off at a shelter in honor of Steve's birthday. This is a picture of him sitting on Josh's rocker trying to figure out how to play XBox.

Bought breakfast for an elderly man sitting by himself at the House Cafe in Richardson. Let the waitress who delivered the Steve greeting keep the 100 percent tip.

Went to an Adoption Benefit/HOLT and contributed for a dear friend;)

Chick-fil-A manager donating a party tray of nuggets for 43 Acts of Kindness in Memory of Steve Damm: dinner for Irving firefighters. :)

Panera Bread manager giving a discount and tax exemption for 43 Acts of Kindness. (Not everyone can be quite as cool as the Chick-fil-A guy. But still, nice of them to give me a discount.)

And some happy (& surprised) firefighters with their Chick-fil-A and Panera goodies. Grateful to honor Steve in such a fun way! :)

As part of our clean up before the holidays, we are dedicating our donations (partially shown here) in memory of the daddy of one of Bella's friends. Today would have been his birthday.

Dr. Don Lubach, Assistant Dean of Students at UC Santa Barbara, wrote this note after I told him about Tyra's 43 acts of kindness. He wanted to do his part. Thank you, Don, for helping me this morning. :-)
